I have a class full of high energy children that love coming to school to explore, dream and discover new learning. By having flexible seating in our classroom we are empowering students by having individuals with the capability of making choices and working collaboratively. According to studies flexible seating options stimulate students’ senses, helping children better focus and process information. The items we are in need of will give my students the opportunity to be more engaged and successful. I am confident my second grade students will truly benefit from having the ball stability chairs, floor cushions, and bean bag chairs.

About my class
