By investing in flexible seating for my students I know they will be more productive. I find we all work better when we are comfortable. Children need the same options that we as adults have when choosing a place to work. Using low seats, group tables or soft seating will create an inviting place for students to work.
Flexible seating will allow students to choose and be productive. Bean bag seats, cushions on the floor, or sitting at a table will give students an option when it comes to working independently. Today's students are ready to use options such as flexible seating and still work.
