I work in a Title 1 school in a very impoverished area of Los Angeles and I would like to be the "pilot" flexible seating classroom at my school. I would love to have four standing desks to create the option for students with ADD or kids who would like the another option instead of the standard table and chair. This standing desk station would also go along with my "floor" station. This area would have lap trays and pillows in the front of the room. If this works, my school could decide if more classrooms could get funding for similar designs.
