These materials can be utilized at home or if families choose to use the hybrid plan (online learning and face to face). The essentials of course are for students that choose the hybrid plan. My students live on an island in a rural and country environment and sometimes essentials can be scarce. They need hand sanitizers and wipes that will keep the classroom clean and prevent harmful germs from spreading. Meanwhile academically, Scholastic and Upfront will help students become more aware with important issues and help them to critically think.
Resources such as Scholastic and Upfront provides interesting topics that my students enjoy and they like the articles. It helps them with their reading, comprehension skills.
