Support Ms. Blackwell's classroom with a gift that fosters learning.
The students in my classroom come from families who struggle daily with financial issues. As a result, they are less likely to receive the materials they need to help them succeed academically in the twenty- first century. We are hoping to receive two Apple iPads and two iPad cases to enhance learning in our classroom. My students enjoy reciting stories that they have familiarized themselves with. They have a blast singing and dancing with their friends. They also enjoy learning new vocabulary and writing letters to friends and family. My students can use apps such as ABC Tracer and Kidztory, on the tablets during learning center time, to support and encourage them in the areas of language and literacy development. There are also apps that are designed for creating stories, incorporating visuals and audios that the children can produce themselves.
