My students love to read. They enjoy reading a variety of books including chapter books and picture books. They especially enjoy rereading books that we've read as a class. This gives them a time to see the pictures up close and practice reading fluently. as I've modeled for the same book. Our classroom needs a bookshelf, that our focus books can be kept on, that is separate from our classroom library. With a separate location for these books, students will be able to quickly locate the books we've read in class. Then, they will be able to peruse and reread the books as desired. This will increase their love for learning and reading!
