My classroom is made up of 8 wonderful life skills students ranging from grades 3-5th. They are incredible and only want to learn and do their best.
While their learning may look a little different from their general education peers, that does not mean they don't have a strong desire to learn. I am excited to see the ways Donors Choose is only going to enhance our classroom. My students come from a low-poverty area and many students who walk into our school do not always have what they need due to the lack of income within their household.
While my classroom does not always have the physical materials it needs, we sure do hold a lot of love. My students desire to be affirmed is strong and we show how appreciative we are of each other day in and day out.
Donors Choose is going to be a big step in providing things for my students that they need. We cannot wait to see what this does for our classroom! Thank you all!
About my class
