"Working Big" is a project that helps my students apply their skills to real-life situations. By creating big murals and posters students are working in works of art that are used throughout the year to build school environment. Big projects and murals help my students to use their skills in organization of space, scale, balance and color selection of their piece. The markers and tempera paints in this project are essential to my students' success in completing big works of art that carry with them a strong message and an specific function. I strongly believe in allowing my students work big their big ideas.
