With flexible seating options students will be able to stay actively engaged in their learning throughout the entire school day. Sitting in the same chair all day can be hard for everyone. First graders need a variety of seating options to utilize throughout their busy school day. Writing tasks no longer need to remain at desk work spaces. Flexible seating allows students to work around the room in a place that is comfortable for their growing bodies. Yoga ball seats, stools, and wiggle seats are a great alternative for desk tasks and allow students the ability to move as they learn.
