I am requesting supplies that will help students be prepared for school on the first day of school.
Students will be able to identify and demonstrate forms of writing used during prehistoric times. The use of these supplies will help them to learn how prehistoric people wrote using cave paintings and understand the level of difficulty involved in communicating to others.
Many of my students come from low income homes and do not have the ability to buy school supplies. My students will use interactive notebooks; students will have all notes/paperwork in their spiral notebooks which is at the core of their study habits.
