The students in my classroom have a wide range of academic levels from non-English speaking, to students performing above level. Having technology in the classroom will allow me to be able to differentiate and meet the needs of all students regardless of whether they are visual, auditory, or kinesthetic learners. With these five tablets, my students will be able to go beyond the four walls of the classroom. They will be able to engage in interactive, differentiated learning activities during math rotations using sites such as Abcya, ABC Mouse, and Istation math. During science they will be able to watch content related videos on BrainPop Jr, STEMscopes, and Discovery Education. They will also be ale to read content related books using PebbleGo, BookFlix, and National Geographic for Kids. With these tools, I believe that my students will also be able to improve upon their technology skills which is crucial in the 21st century.
