I am fifth grade teacher in a small, low-income district in Northern California! Despite our small school and town size, we are not small in heart! I am fortunate to work with some amazing, dedicated teachers who truly want what is best for our students. I strive to make every class engaging, fun, and meaningful for all of my students. I also know that the classroom climate is constantly changing and that students need different things to do their best learning. I hope to transform my classroom, from the very outdated, individual desks to a 21st century classroom where students have both freedom and structure to move about the room and do their best work and learning. Every little bit helps, and will help transform my classroom to a more user-friendly, engaging, project-based learning environment. Thank you!
