My readers need a place for our small group workshop. Having a kidney shaped table allows for our group time to feel cozy and for ample learning to occur. This past year we have had to meet on the floor in a circle or at a circle table where I am not able to reach each student with the stretch of an arm. For 90 minutes a day students will be utilizing this table and learning ample amounts of reading strategies! I want students to love coming to my guided reading table and feeling cozy and comfortable while there to enhance their learning!
