At the tables my students sit at, there is no space for storage. Unlike a desk, there is nowhere to store books, pencils, folders, or journals. My project will raise money to purchase At-Your-Seat Storage Sack seat storage pockets that will hang on the back of each chair and provide students with a convenient space to store resources throughout the day.
With easily accessible supplies, transitioning to each subject will happen smoothly and efficiently. Students will have the materials they need directly behind them. The seat storage pockets will add more time to instruction rather than using up time to pass out resources.
