My classroom needs new bookshelves so that I can separate their books by reading level. Making it easier for my students to choose books that they understand and that they enjoy. We use a system called IRLA which color codes books by their reading levels. With these bookshelves I will be able to separate out the existing books and make room for new ones. I am trying to promote teamwork in my classroom so my students sit a big tables instead of desks. This causes a need for storage for their supplies. With pencil holders for them to share on top of the table and drawers for their books and papers this need will be significantly reduced.
