Non-fiction books will inspire a love of reading in my students. Most students at our school have not been exposed to Goosebumps or Harry Potter books. A lot of students have yet to find books that interest them in reading. My hope is to inspire a love of reading in my students, like I learned to love to read through non-fiction books. Since this is my second year teaching, and first year teaching Humanities, I do not have a classroom library. Our budget of $100 for materials for the school year will not cover the cost of a classroom library.
