LEGOS in the classroom will be used as an alternative to traditional morning "seat work." Rather than entering the classroom and quietly working on a worksheet, my students will be entering the classroom and working collaboratively on building and creating together. Students will be deepening their understanding of science, technology and engineering through building! In this day and age students need to be transformed into deeper and higher-level thinkers. There are a lot of ways in which to foster this mindset and LEGOS is just one of them. I know my students will all benefit from the resources provided through LEGO play, creation and building.

About my class
