I have 96 students, 85% of them qualify for free or reduced lunch. A majority of these students struggle affording the basic school supplies. I do what I can to provide pencils and erasers for them to be able to practice their math skills. I have tried to buy the cheap calculators, but they break quickly and don't provide all the tools they need.
My students are learning algebra and geometry and need more than a basic calculator. I would like to have 18 advanced calculators to have in my room for students to have access to. This will give them the tools they need to succeed in their 8th grade year!
