Studies show that students learn better when sitting on something that allows them to be physically active. By sitting in a chair that allows for fidgeting and movement, they will be less distracted and better able to focus on the task at hand. On top of this, when students are given the opportunity to choose where to sit, they are better able to take ownership of their education by deciding where they feel they can do their best learning.
Wobble stools will improve my students' ability to focus while being physically active and comfortable. I can't wait to see how wobble chairs enhance student engagement in our classroom!
