My students need these flexible seating options to allow them to stay focused throughout the school day. Having these alternatives will help my students work independently and remain attentive during lessons. In addition, my students will become more independent by choosing seats in the classroom where they feel most successful.
Students will have a chance to get their wiggles out while they learn and become more engaged when given a choice of where they can work.
Whether it's a resistance band to bounce their legs on, a floor chair to help them stay seated on the rug, or the wobble chairs and cushions to allow movement while seated, these options will support my students in meeting their academic goals.
