This year I will be serving students Pre-Kindergarten through third grade as the Early Childhood Education Coordinator. This position will allow me to focus on the bottom 25% and offer interventions to ensure that the students do not fall further behind. Intervention can be stressful, so as an educator, it's important to remove the transitional classroom activities and focus on the specific needs of each student. The students will need hands on activities and strategies to keep them on level and on task. I will work with a total of 35/40 students and strive to move them from the bottom 25% to the top.
