Sports gives us the opportunity to inspire kids to learn more about science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. Not only will students develop the skills needed to participate in enjoyable physical activities, they will explore how physics plays a role in physical activity. Integrating cross-curricular activities into physical education will lead to students better understanding movement and recognizing value in physical activity for health, enjoyment, challenge, self-expression, and social interaction.
