Kindergarten is, in my opinion, the most important grade level a kiddo will go through. Their attitude and passion for learning can be created or ruined during this first academic year. Kindergarten provides the foundation for all future skills and makes all other learning possible!
I am in my 6th year teaching, but it is my 1st year at my new school in Colorado Springs. My class is made up of 20 incredibly unique and talented students. They come from different family types, different ethnicities and different life experiences. Even at the age of 5, each one has a beautifully individual personality and excitement for learning. They make coming to work each day a special experience.
