Music is a way to explore creativity. The heavy duty rhythm set will allow children to shake, jingle and pound away—these rugged instruments will last through years of busy music-making! The 15 player rhythm set is specially coordinated to offer the widest possible range of sound and rhythm experiences . With the shake and move ribbons children are able to let themselves be heard and are able to practice working on their fine motor skills.
Superior-quality sound in the classroom is attractive to everyday learning. The True Tone Xylophone, provides accurate notes with every tap of the kid-safe mallet. The Bongo drum can be used to teach the steady beat. The Rhythm sticks are colorful wooden sticks that help children develop eye/hand coordination. The multicultural CD introduces rhythms from all over the world. The circle time CD is packed with charming circle time songs and teaches topics like manners, colors, letter recognition, the senses and more. Lastly, The Tick-Toc Block will help children to create two different tones.
Teachers must encourage imagery and fantasy throughout music and movement activities. It is a natural resource that children bring with them to the classroom and one that encourages the development of musical processes that are foundational to future thinking and perceptual organization.
