These books will continue to enhance the literacy rich classroom that I strive to create. My students truly enjoy writing but lack good quality texts that help them write with imagination and meaning. I have hand chosen these mentor texts to guide my students' writing throughout our writing units over the course of the year. Each one of these texts will help my students get more exposure to various writing techniques. I want my students to succeed with writing and these mentor texts will give them just the spark they need to be successful.
So much can be gained from each one of these books. The books will help guide my students into becoming authors themselves.
