Having the classroom supplies such as the caddies, and book holders, help students with organizations and structures. I will use the book holder for a bell ringer. Every morning when my students arrive, they will pick up a book from the caddies to promote the love of reading. This also helps while the teacher is taking attendance, collecting field trip forms, collecting money, and collecting notes from the parents.
The magnetic letters are a great visual for kindergartners learning their letters and increasing their phonics skills; having these magnetic letters, they will be able to decode and read. I will use the magnetic letters for centers. I would teach it as whole group, than place the magnetic letters in the reading center. This is hands-on materials needed for increasing letter recognition.
