My students need alternative seating in the form of six wiggle stools. I envision a classroom that is made up entirely of alternative seating, where kids do not have assigned desks, but can choose where they would like to sit. However this will take a lot of supplies. In the meantime, I would like to slowly transition towards having more options for children who struggle most with sitting still.
These chairs will give many of my kids the tools to be fully engaged, and therefore successful.
I am so excited to see how this can change the atmosphere of our classroom, by meeting the students needs.
