My 1st graders are amazing little people. They grow each and every day academically and socially. I catch them being sweet and compassionate towards one another when they think no one is watching and that is what warms my soul. They are truly good inside. We have our tough days for sure but we get through them together. My students do love learning, it sometimes takes a bit of creativity to spark their interests but we get there. My number one goal is they leave 1st grade as fluent readers. This will carry them in all subjects and will increase their confidence and love for school.

About my class
