I work in the city of Allentown which is the third largest urban district in the state of Pennsylvania. Most of my students are living in poverty and look forward to the consistency of the positive relationships, support, and nurture they receive in my classroom. Every child I work with is unique, bringing different languages and background experiences into our classroom that helps us learn and appreciate and respect different cultures. On top of academics, I try my best to bring all the differences in my class together to create a loving, positive, learning classroom community. I believe that all my students can be successful in their own ways, and that it is my job to help them achieve their goals and become successful citizens.
