Our youngest students love to sing and dance, and they love to learn through music. In our classrooms, we use music to help our children count, learn letter sounds, build vocabulary, and develop cross-cultural understanding in Spanish and English. This field trip will give our students the opportunity to learn about Latin America while singing and dancing along to high-energy children's music in Spanish and English. 1, 2, 3 Andres is a bilingual performer who uses music to build cultural and geographical awareness. The Old Town School is a warm, intimate venue, where all our students will be able to see, hear, and engage with the performance. It also gives our students the opportunity to step outside the classroom and the neighborhood, and take advantage of some of the wonderful experiences Chicago has to offer. Your support will make it possible for us to pay admission fees and transportation to attend this concert.
