Our dance team/program is in need of pom poms. The dance program is aimed to inspire a passion for dance in beginning to intermediate dancers. This program was specifically designed to target students that can't afford the expense of studio classes. Dance families are asked to pay for very little for this program so that cost does not deter students from participating.
The pom poms the program currently uses are three years old, but are an important material, as taking care of them teaches our dancers responsibility and gives them a sense of pride. Our pom poms usually pass through the hands of 35 to 45 students and are used over the course of three years. They learn a variety of dance styles and movements with these poms that promote fitness, flexibility, and determination.
