Students will use colored pencils in order to visualize the regions we are studying by creating physical maps. Additionally, they will learn to categorize information into Geography, Political, Social, or Economic factors to gain a better understanding of the era and how it affects us today.
One of the most beneficial things a teacher can do is to prepare students for college and the work place. Using the multi-colored note taking strategy is one way in which I will ensure that my students are fully prepared for what awaits them after middle and high school. Creating life-long learners is the end result of this adventure.
