There are so many wonderful uses for technology in today's classrooms. Students can travel to other places electronically and really feel like they have learned about that place. Students can read and learn from interactive learning games.
Technology helps to engage students and gives them valuable experiences.
For my students, they will not get these at home because the resources are not there for them. Most of my students have no access to technology outside of school. Since our school is a large low-income school the amount of technology that we have to share is not enough to go around.
