The iPad will be primarily used for students to record themselves reading, working problems, and learning through interactive apps. This will become a center activity that the students will be able to attend daily. This will allow the students to absorb how they read and see how they can better improve their reading and math. The students will also be able to have a digital portfolio to observe their growth through the school year.
The majority of my students do not have access to technology. A classroom iPad will provide my students an opportunity to use interactive technology and build their foundational skills through the use of technology.
