The LEGO WeDo sets will open up a world of imagination, problem solving, technology and meaning for my students while helping them to develop perseverance and a love of learning. LEGO WeDo incorporates LEGO Bricks, classroom friendly software, cooperation and problem solving. My students will love working together, showing perseverance and imagination to solve a problem, such as, "Create something that will pick up the most amount of trash in the shortest amount of time". As students work together, they'll learn that building requires more than just assembling, they'll learn to plan, implement and revise their experiments for better results.
