Children who are learning to read need to have access to many different books and many different Genres of literature. These books need to be specifically chosen at their reading level. These books will be engaging for them to read during their read to self time as well as during small group instruction. I want to fill my classroom with books so they learn a love for reading and can be given the best opportunity possible to become a great reader. Having high quality literature in my classroom is essential. These books will be interesting to my 2nd graders and motivate them to read more.

About my class
