These materials will make a difference to my students learning because they will get to explore different objects that will help with hand eye coordination. They will also show their creativity through the use of these materials and building and creating different things. I want them to be able to solve problems in unique and different ways but still figuring out solutions! Along with materials I have in my class these will help students use the STEM Exploration Tubs for developing curiosity, problem-solving, team-building, investigative skills, and for building confidence! The Sterilite containers will be used to store all the STEM Bin materials for the students to use and take around the classroom. With the gears building set, magnetic blocks building set, engineering and design set, magnetic marble track set, geometric shape building set, interlocking blocks building set, critical thinking skills game, pattern blocks with pattern cards, building brick set and Brain Flakes building set the students will be able to explore the materials and create things such as animals, buildings, even a playground. This will help them learn the process of building and how engineering works. They even get to use math in the process and art through their creations. Also the students will have a hands on learning experience that will boost their confidence in their learning even my ELL students.
