I am requesting a carpet for my classroom. My classroom is completely tile, and having a carpet would foster whole group learning in the classroom. Each day, we meet as a whole group for all subjects. It is important to get out of our seats and move to different parts of the classroom. This project will allow my children to have a nice, comfortable place to meet as a whole group. We will have our morning meeting, learn social skills, and create a community that encourages and supports one another on this rug. This rug will help my scholars learn both academic and life lessons in our community.
