Students will use these materials in several different ways. During math, they will use the materials for geometry by making different shapes with them as well as creating number sense. During science, students will create different structures that will include challenges. For example, creating homes that can withstand different weather patterns.
Using these hands-on materials, along with their peers, will also ignite the enjoyment of learning and innovating.
The materials will foster collaboration, problem solving and communication skills as students work with one another. The materials are a valuable resource that provides fun and learning at the same time. The greatest part of all is that these materials can be used in different subject areas that will create innovators for the future as they build!
