My students are currently reading 5 years below grade level and have a variety of disabilities to boot. Unfortunately, my students have little to no interest in reading. To make matters worse, our school library and my classroom have very few choices for them. Being denied access to print due to finances, home circumstances, and/or materials is heartbreaking. I would like to get them excited about reading again! How fun is it to get lost in books and enjoy new adventures through reading stories? With good books that would be a possibility. Will you help make this become a reality?
