Scholastic magazines will provide current information on various issues that children may hear about on the news. The topics are often relevant to what is going on in their community, county and the world. The science and geography news magazines will supplement the science and social studies curriculum that I will be teaching. Scholastic magazines provide activities, games and quizzes that make learning fun and relevant to the students. Along with the actual magazine, there is online information and games available that the children can use. There are also extra online resources for me to use to plan lessons. I truly look forward to using these added resources to my teaching curriculum.
