I teach an amazing group of Pre-K students. They are energetic, curious, kind, and eager to learn. We are an urban Title One School, and all of our students receive free school lunch and breakfast. There is little to no money in our district to buy anything for our classroom. Even though we are faced with challenges, my students come every day ready and excited to learn. In our classroom there is a lot of time spent on learning through play. When children play they develop social and cognitive skills, mature emotionally, and gain the self-confidence that is required to engage in new experiences. By supporting our class you are helping to create students who will develop a lifelong love of learning.
