My classroom is full of eager, innovative, curious students who are always trying to answer questions. The class is inquiry based science, so we learn by exploring and developing our own conclusions to questions such as, "How do natural disasters effect our environment?" And "Why are series circuits used instead of parallel circuits?".
In a district where a lot of our students have various struggles, I have learned to present my lessons in multiple ways in order to reach all students. Materials are often recycled, creatively used, and found within our environment to help teach the students the importance of minimizing their carbon footprints.
