Our classroom utilizes purposeful play for learning. Within our play centers, we are integrating a library area for students to gather to read independently, to a buddy, or even explore books as a group. It is a place to gather for more information on topics related to our purposeful play, including social studies, math, science, and literacy. This can be a time to share books with friends and collaborate on new topics. With this cozy reading nook, my students will be able to sit in comfort while reading, learning, and playing. With your support, my students can have the opportunities to read and learn in comfortable flexible seating that they deserve with this inviting tree bookshelf and stump seats.
