I work in a Title 1 Baltimore City Public School. I am a new school counselor working with students in grades PK - 8th grades with a focus on middle school students. The students that I work with often come from single parent homes and need help with handling social and emotional issues. They deal with issues involving death, crime, drugs, bullying, friendship, peer pressure, etc.
