In a Title 1 district where funding is often limited, it’s my mission as a kindergarten teacher to keep my students engaged and actively involved in their learning every day. Many of my students are English Language Learners (ELLs), and they greatly benefit from programs designed to bridge the language gap between English and Spanish. By integrating technology and research-based programs into the classroom, I can tailor learning experiences to meet the unique needs of each child, helping them reach their academic goals. Additionally, I strive to provide all the necessary tools and supplies to ensure that every student has the resources they need to succeed. As Benjamin Franklin wisely said, "Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn."
