Providing greenhouses in the community of our school, will allow students to Learn more about agriculture, Enrich academic skills and Expose students to fresh produce/plants throughout the year. The construction of a greenhouse at our school will allow students hands-on experience with agriculture on a daily basis. Students will have the opportunity to observe the stages of growth and development of what they grow. The implementation of Science and Mathematics will be applied to our project. A rigorous Curriculum that addresses both subjects will be used in conjunction with the project. Students will have readily exposure to fresh produce throughout the school year that they may share with family members and friends in the community.
