Our class could use Chromebooks in so many different ways. Unfortunately, our budget is tight and more than half of our students come from low income households. We do currently have computers in the classroom, however they are so outdated that it is impossible to do anything with them and they are not easy to access for group work. We could use Chromebooks for Accelerated Reading and Math, to do research, practice our typing skills, and to take virtual field trips all across the world. Integrating Chromebooks would help engage in cooperative learning through collaboration of small groups. By using the Chromebook, my students will have access to tons of information right at their fingertips.
