Having a variety of materials helps keep the students interested and engaged and enhances attention and generalization. I will use the materials with a variety of students in therapy sessions to enhance their learning of the specialized curriculum. Making the activities more fun and engaging by making it feel like a game can help a lot. Additionally, being able to use a variety of stimuli can be very helpful in having the kids attend to tasks and in helping them have a broader range of content to practice their skills in. Additionally having more realistic stimuli can help students generalize skills to real life situations.

About my class
