My middle school choir room is a dynamic, diverse, welcoming, all-accepting, tolerant, and FUN place to be! For many kids, my classroom serves as a refuge throughout their day (and their lives, for a few). They are always instructed to "leave their muddy boots at the door;" I cannot make their problems disappear forever, but I can for 40 minutes a day. It is my honor to serve approximately 200 choir members, 20 general music students, and about 40 theater students during the school day. Add to that about 100 after-school Drama Club participants and you can deduce that this classroom is home to quite a crazy family. By giving to our classroom, you also have a home here! The students are informed of your generous acts and we always recognize our supporters as a part of our musical family! Welcome home and thank you for supporting my favorite musicians!
